I have over 40 years of experience in both the government and commercial markets. For the first 20+ years, I supported a variety of commercial companies in all aspects of IT support and services including building/managing large datacenters, providing desktop support services, deploying and supporting email/collaboration solutions and application development. In the last 20+ years, I worked in the state/local/federal government and non-profit space. These years I worked in delivery services, business development and technical solutions for a wide range of businesses, mostly centered within the federal health market.
During my career I have helped organizations in transformation efforts, such as moving to new technologies, improving IT service delivery quality and reducing IT costs. I assisted numerous organizations in efforts to migrate off legacy mainframe technologies to more modern and cost-effective technologies includuing migration to the Cloud.

I have ramped up numerous contracts from the small (less than $1M) to large (hundreds of millions of dollars) and have run both delivery and contractual aspects.
